What Clients Say

Sweet alternatives. I get so concerned when I meet up with my friends or relatives or go camping with my camping group and all I hear is how someone is having a hard time regulating their insulin medication. I started to pay attention more and I noticed that their sweet alternatives were easy to figure out. They tote around diet sodas, flavor enhanced waters (artificially sweetened of course), their sugar-free ice teas, their Jello is sugar-free, AND the biscuits they bring to the potluck even had aspartame in it.

Excitotoxins are in most processed foods, are prevalent when eating out and particularly harmful to diabetics. Even though aspartame is sugar free, your body still views that sip of Diet Coke as being sweet so it prepares for it as it would if it were sugar!

Difficulties abound. There are many excitotoxins that wreak havoc with diabetics. The easiest to see is aspartame, Splenda, Equal, NutraSweet and the more difficult ones to see include MSG and hydrolyzed proteins as the government has found it easy to allow companies to legally lie and hide MSG under other labels such as autolyzed yeast extract, hydrolyzed proteins.

There is a natural approach to proper food combining that can greatly assist diabetics regulate the PH of their bodies and avert diabetic complications. Coincidentally, it can help with high blood pressure and high cholesterol too.
