DETOXIFY - YOUR LIFE DEPENDS UPON IT!
I've seen this in so many clients. They're 30-50 something. They go to the doctor, aren't feeling quite right, or cannot control the pounds, they get some quick blood work done and the doctor tells you you're fine and just need to work out more. Whoa!!!! - I say. Did they test for toxins? And even if they did, most times they don't use the best tests to really detect what's going on. Figure out if you are toxic. Understand that rushing a detox program can result in death. Detoxing too quickly releases toxins back into the blood stream and the lymph system and if the body or lymph system cannot uptake and excrete the toxins quickly enough, they get taken up by the organs as a defense mechanism resulting in negative and dangerous complications. Taking supplements, drinking water, working out religiously hardly suffices when you are working blind. You need to get tested, understand where you are, you have to understand that the best approach to detoxing is multifaceted. The notion of a 'take one pill approach', or, only colon cleanse, or, only sweating, or only supplementing, or only forced, doctor assisted chelation, or only dieting will prove undesirable results. It has to be a combination of the above. Prescription Meds are acidic. Prescription meds are over prescribed and that is an understatement. I should know. Years ago I was in the hospital for a week with my bleeding colitis, the doctors said (and continue to say) there isn't a cure and provided prescription after prescription as their form of 'treatment'. The same was true when my cholesterol was elevated (a whopping 435 at the tender age of 24) and my blood pressure was high and my thyroid was low. I was not only the poster child for prescription meds, I was also the perfect example of what happens to those who really don't need them. I was not myself. I just thought that my emotions were dragging me down because I was told I'd be on meds the rest of my life. I had become lethargic, nothing could make me happy, I felt 'off', I was diagnosed as being depressed and all other issues that I considered minor were now becoming majorly exacerbated.
